What to do if you have Network Issues
• When your Roku starts troubleshooting, initiate with checking your internet connection
• In order to stream a video without buffering a network should be strong with 3.0 Mbps or above
• To stream HD channels the network status should be active
• A signal strength from good to excellent is vital
• Check your internet speed via speed test
• Do a version check of the browser that is currently in use
• Check the version of the browser and clear the cache memory of browser currently in use
• Start over the browser and initiate again
• Ensure whether the Roku OS is on the updated version
• Roku automatically rummages around for any updates that are available for both the device and the channels
• Similarly, if you need to do this manually, update manually from system settings
Check your Router
• Ensure there is no blockage nearby to the router or blocking the signal in any way
• Don’t connect too many connections on the network on which the device is connecting
• Check with the signal strength. Always make sure it’s from the range Good to excellent
• Give a system update, manually
• Keep the router within 15 feet in distance
• Keep changing with the router’s antenna, if your router has one. At times even a minor alteration in its angle can help out
